The villa is equipped with its own boiler room. The house is heated with a warm floor with remote control, and thanks to thermostats in each room you can set an individual air temperature.

Water is the most important health factor. Thus, Villa Loreto pays special attention to its purity.
Drinking water enters the mansion around the clock, passing several stages of a super modern cleaning and filtration system. Besides, separate filters are installed in kitchens in the mansion.
VILLA LORETO GARDEN
Villa Loreto is not only your dream house. It is also a cosy area with thought out landscape design and lavishness of ornamental and fruit trees.
It`s nice to walk and catch a breath of fresh air there. And in the summer heat you can relax and have a cup of fragrant tea in the shade of spreading trees.
